On 15th July, ZhongyunTech technician Mr. Wang arrived at RTZ company for installation and commissioning of ZC-600H plastic pipe production line. There are 8 sizes from OD110-OD630mm to be produced for customer's inspection.
Up to 8th August, Mr. Wang has finished commissioning of 7 sizes in 24 days very smoothly and also trained the customer's workers on operation and maintenance of plastic corrugated pipe machine.
On 9th August, customer's workers produced the last diameter by themselves with presence of our technician, which shows that they have grasped very well how to operate the plastic pipe making machine.
On 10th August, customers were very glad to accept the machine by signing the "Machine Handover Sheet".
In 26 days, our technician successfully finished the commissioning and training of ZC-600H plastic pipe production line with 8 diameters of mould, make the machine to create values for our customer as early as possible. Both the reliability of machine and professional technician contribute to this high efficiency work.
