In August, one of our customer in Europe ordered one ZC-600H plastic pipe production line, which is their 3rd time to buy corrugated pipe line from ZhongyunTech, two ZC-1200H and one ZC-600H.
This customer is one of the top 3 plastic pipe producers in Europe, requires high efficiency and high reliability plastic pipe machines to ensure high quality plastic pipes can be produced.
With philosophy of continuous improving, customer can always find some differences and improvements on ZhongyunTech corrugated pipe machines year by year. For example, when this customer put order for this ZC-600H line, they found
(1) Pipe corrugator was equipped with higher efficiency vacuum pump;
(2) To improve the changeover efficiency, the pipe corrugator was equipped with a Japanese quick-release joint for water cooling system of mould blocks.
