ZC-180H Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Machine

One more ZC-180H corrugated pipe extrusion machine was trialed successfully in our factory.

This corrugated pipe production line is ordered by a German company, and this is the 3rd time that ZhongyunTech supplied corrugated pipe machine to European-based Multinational corporation.

ZC-180H line boosts its high production speed of max.15m/min for OD75mm double wall corrugated pipes, producing high quality pipes by virtue of perfect vacuum system and cooling technology.

ZC-180H in international markets:

  • In 2019: ZhongyunTech developed the first ZC-180H. The first ZC-180H is installed in South American client- Tehmco Group in 2019.
  • In 2020: We sold one ZC-180H to Indian market.
  • In 2021: Thanks to its good performance of first ZC-180H in India, we sold another 3 ZC-180H lines to Indian market. In addition to India market, we also sold one ZC-180H to Egypt, one ZC-180H to Spanish market, and one ZC-180H to a German client. So, we sold 6 ZC-180H lines in 2021.
  • In 2022: ZhongyunTech will have a big upgrade on the ZC-180H corrugator, and we will exhibit this new ZC-180H in ChinaPlast in Shanghai this year.
