This is a new high-speed water-cooling extrusion line for double wall corrugated pipes - ZhongyunTech ZC-600H.

ZhongyunTech ZC-600H can produce double wall or single wall corrugated pipes from ID100mm to ID600mm, with in-line double-layer socket.

ZhongyunTech ZC-600H corrugated pipe machine has a record of producing ID300mm double wall corrugated pipes at a speed of 2.9 meters per minute, for 8 months, without a stop due to machine problem.

And now, the speed of producing ID300mm double wall corrugated pipes has been increased to 3.2 meters per minute.

Till now, ZhongyunTech has installed over 700 production lines for double wall corrugated pipe all over the world. Near 400 lines are of High-Speed Water-Cooling technology.
