This is high-speed extrusion line for double wall corrugated pipes—ZhongyunTech ZC-1000H.

ZC-1000H machine can produce double wall or single wall corrugated pipes from ID100mm to OD1000mm, the maximum speed is 6.9m/min. In-line double-layer socket technology is available for this corrugated pipe production line.

Till now, ZhongyunTech has installed over 700 production lines for double wall corrugated pipe all over the world. Near 400 lines are of High-Speed Water-Cooling technology.
